1935. His death certificate lists him as a fruit and poultry farmer,
he was known to be a glassblower in earlier years. His death
certificate was signed by his son, Alphonse. Benjamin was born in
France and lived in Jeannete, PA, Anderson, IN, and Clarksburg, WV
before coming to OH in about 1924. Other members of the family who
lived in Portage County were Fanny, m Emil Slapak. and I think,
Alice, m Wm McClain. Benjamin's wife was Claudia Marie Darqueene
from Belgium and they married in Pittsburgh and lived in Jeannete,
PA for a short while. My husband's father Joseph was the oldest
child b Anderson, IN in 1896. If anyone connects to any of these
families, I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks, Bickie

life at the age of one year and three days and the mother now rests

grandchildren, also three brothers and two sisters are left to
travel life’s way without her. Mrs. Robb united with the church when
18 years of age and has ever lived a devoted Christian life and
several times in her last sickness expressed herself ready and
willing should the summons come. She often spoke of her trust in
Christ as her Savior and had great faith in prayer. Mrs. Robb had an

have noticed the perfect order that prevailed there. (James Allen
